Confined Space Training
This occupational safety training focuses on the specific hazards and procedures associated with working in confined spaces. As per the Occupational Safety & Health Regs 2009, Part6.

Working at Heights Training
This training involves any task that takes place above 6ft 6ins . This might include work performed on ladders, scaffolding, rooftops, or any other elevated surface. Safety measures and proper training are crucial when working at heights to prevent accidents and injuries. It is important to use appropriate fall protection equipment and adhere to safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. This training is compliant with the Bermuda Occupational Safety and Health Regs 2009, Part 16
Fire Marshal/Fire Extinguisher Training
Having a designated fire Marshal at work is an important part of fire safety. The fire marshal works together with the employer to ensure fire safety measures and evacuation procedures are in place and effective.
This course will provide you with the necessary training required to be a qualified fire marshal. It will educate you about what your and your employer’s legal duties are, in accordance with Part 8 of the Bermuda Occupational Safety and Health Regulations 2009. It will provide you with an understanding of fire, familiarize you with fire hazards and fire safety arrangements, use of fire extinguishers and detail what your emergency evacuation procedures should entail. With the information contained within this course, you will be fully prepared to fulfil your role – to take responsibility for fire safety in the workplace and guarantee you and your fellow employee safety.
General Waste Management Presentation

First Aid CPR AED Adult or Pediatric training
The goal of the HSI Adult First Aid | CPR AED training program is for participants to gain or improve knowledge and skill proficiency in adult first aid and/or CPR AED for adult, child, and infant.
This program includes flexible instructional tools for developing proficiency via demonstration and prompted practice, including scenario-based problem-solving exercises with feedback. Ergonomic Training
Ergonomic training involves teaching individuals how to set up their workstations and perform tasks in a way that reduces strain and discomfort on the body.
This can include proper posture, desk and chair setup, and techniques for lifting and carrying objects. The goal is to prevent injuries and promote overall well-being while working. As per Bermuda Occupational Safety & Health Regs 2009, “Work Environment” Part 10
Basic Office Safety Training
This training refers to the education and instruction provided to employees to ensure that they understand how to work in an office environment safely. This training covers topics such as fire safety, ergonomics, first aid procedures, emergency preparedness, and general workplace safety protocols. As per the Occupational Safety and Health Regs 2009 The goal of basic office safety training is to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace and to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

WHMIS – Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
This program entails the Education and training under WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) can be thought of as two separate parts. Education refers to the instruction of workers in general information such as how WHMIS works and the hazards of controlled products. Training refers to the instruction in site-specific information such as work and emergency procedures. Both education and training are an important part of understanding the chemical hazards that may be present at your workplace.
While the specific details of what we teach will vary from workplace to workplace, common objectives for the training program remain the same. The overall goal is to give the workers knowledge and information which they can understand and apply to protect their health and safety every day.
Fit Testing
Mask fit testing is a series of steps used to determine the suitability of a respirator mask for a specific user. Each respirator model will fit on the face of a user differently and mask fit testing helps to assure the best and safest fit. It is imperative the individual worker’s respirator mask fit securely in order to protect that worker from respiratory harm in settings where airborne toxins or contaminants are a risk. This test is required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) before the mask may be used by the individual worker in the workplace.
The program consists of a presentation on the use of respirators, different cartridges and their application. This presentation is followed by individual respirator fit testing.
Be advised applicant for this program shall have no facial hair except for a moustache.
